CLASSIC PROTECTION SERVICES is a young and fast-growing company. We have the capacity and capability to carry out projects of any nature and provide services to a diverse clientele.

All the guards that will be deployed to YOU will have the following competencies:

  1. Education – Ordinary Level Certificate
  2.  Fluent in English
  3. Good Communication Skills
  4.  Experience in working in a project of the same scope
  5. Sex – both male and female guards
  6. Resourced

Training

Continuous training and development is our key focus. In addition to our initial in-house guard training, all our guards go through mandatory quarterly refresher courses and customer service seminars.

Regardless of the minimum training done, it is our principle that more specific training related to the project is required to ensure quality service. For this reason, our guard training is also customized to client needs before deployment. Some of the courses covered include the following;

  14. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

Re-training and/or refresher training will be on a quarterly basis. All training files will be available for the client to inspect, at any time on the request of the client. Client specific trainings are also held as required.

Recruitment Policy

Guard recruitment and training is done on a continual basis to ensure that we have a bank of qualified and suitably trained guards on standby at any given time. All Guards undergo police and SGIB vetting before engagement. We also carry out annual vetting for those who are already in the system to ensure exclusion of criminals from our workforce. These records are kept by our Human Resources Department who also keeps an up to date record of all  employee information such as:

  1. Contact Addresses presently employed at
  2. Guardforce Number
  3. Date of Fingerprints
  4. Training courses attended and results obtained
  5. Defaults and descipline
  6. Performance records
  7. Post suitability
  8. Contract rotation

 among other information and ensures that repeat offenders are excluded from duty.
